Hey peeps,
Visited Gertrudes today which is a home for handicap kids. About 30 kids live there, some are in wheel chairs, some are fine but awaiting adoption. The place was surprisingly clean and the kids were well behaved. Thought of Lars today, there was a little downs girl that they watch close cause she likes to run away; Lars liked to do that too. No-one gives... melt into you hugs like downs kids.
We also had a service and dinner with folks that have ministries down here and most were here during and after the earthquake. It was a room full of saints that really love the Lord and these Haitians. God is doing a good work here in this place with broken everything! Some pretty incredible stories and people!
Pray for Haitians as they grieve there losses and for hope for it's people who surely need a Righteous Ruler.
